What if my product if damaged when I receive it?


A:

If you have received a damaged product please take photos straight away and email us along with your purchase details at mail@beachinsurf.com.au


Q:

How long does it take to receive my surfboard after purchase?


A:

If your board needs to be shaped it will take 3-5 weeks depending on your location and depending on how fast the shaper is.  We are able to give you updates when requested by calling us on 02 43 965159 or email customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au.  If your board is ready and in store handling and postage will take less than 2 weeks.

  • Mon-Fri:  9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Sat/Sun:  9am - 5:00pm

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.

What if I have seen something in store but I cannot find it online?


A:

Due to the fast pace of product coming into store somethings won't make it online. Please call Beachin Surf on 0243965159 and we can arrange for a phone transaction on the product you are looking for. if available.
