Damaged Products

Major bummer! We’ll try to resolve this for you as fast as possible. Firstly please take photos of the damaged product. 3 photos are generally perfect and send them to customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au with your original purchase details. If you no longer have your purchase details please call us on 02 43965159 so we can find them for you. For damaged products we will arrange a no cost method for you to return the product to Beachin Surf.

Lost Products

If you feel the product may be lost the best option is to first check the tracking information supplied via the shipment confirmation email. If you don’t have your tracking information please contact us at customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au and we will get back to you asap. In the event your product isn’t received we will endeavour to have this resolved for you as fast as possible. Always feel free to call the team on 02 43965159.

Change of Mind - strictly within 14 days of receiving goods

Wrong colour, size or feel like pink is no longer your thing. Please return the unopened goods by emailing Beachin Surf at customerservice@beachinsurf.com.au . We will arrange for a reply paid method of post. We will refund the costs of your product minus freight costs to and from your location. We will notify you of the refund amount by email.
