We offer a free in store exchange or 12 monthin store credit on purchases returned to us.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be received to you. Tracking details will be provided to you.

There may be delays in freight, at times. We will communicate this to you as information becomes available.

You have received the wrong order; received the same product twice

Before you ring customer service, please ensure you have the packing/returns delivery note which was included within your delivery.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you wish to exchange/return a product,You must leave all tags and related packaging on the items, it must not be stained or worn

a. you will need to return your purchase to us with related order confirmation, at your expense;

For exchanges requiring to be reposted to you there will be a delivery charge added.

Bulky Item’s will be quoted individually

FAULTY ITEM & WARRANTIES

Item’s will be required to come in store to us. The product will need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment. It is up to them whether they repair or replace it.
